Now, you’re on deck. A full-fledged course isn’t the answer and having people sit in a classroom isn’t the answer either. People need to access learning when they most need to have it and they need to have short bite-sized pieces.
In this modern age of learning, how people choose to gather their knowledge and how they choose to consume and digest it has changed. The interest in attending daylong sessions or time-sucking webinars is on the decline and our audience is telling L&D loud and clear that, “There has to be a better way!” Worse, they are not waiting for us to catch-up. The people are finding ways around L&D and creating their own knowledge banks.
This workshop will give you the tools to build your own micro-learning element rapidly. Most importantly, you will leave with a design that is effective, usable, and sustainable. When a webinar, classroom, or elearning course isn’t the answer to the question, micro-learning as a performance support tool may be the solution.
