Here's what they were ranked in order of importance:Communication Skills, Creativity, Project Management, Learning Technology & Authoring Skills, and Writing/Copywriting.
Any surprises there? Not really - but there were some surprises in the bottom 5 we analyzed, and also some of the skills listed in between.
