Community Discussion: What the Pandemic Taught Us About Remote Learning and Working

We haven't had a Community Discussion in a while, so it was really nice to get back to that format and talk about What the Pandemic Taught Us About Remote Learning and Working.

We also had a special guest, Kayleen Holt of Scissor Tail Creative Services. Kayleen has a somewhat different perspective on how things have changed; she has disabilities. And the pandemic has created a more accessible world for her and others because of the focus on virtual experiences.

We talk about Zoom fatigue, the importance of culture, work-life balance, Adapting to change, and the state of the workplace, and how things will never be the same. There was lots of participation by the live audience, so you'll hear some great commentary from them too.
