I vibe-coded a use-case intake bot — form → Power Automate → Asana — to capture what departments were asking for around AI. What I didn't expect was how much love and care people put into their submissions, and how that changed the way I thought about my role. Adoption isn't about the tooling; it's about being a steward of other people's ideas. Using what the bot surfaced, I've built 60+ guides, skills, and workflows off real submissions — and about 4-6 months into the role, I'm now able to hand people already-built materials instead of starting from scratch every time. This session is about what that shift actually looks like: the mechanics of the bot, but more importantly, what it means to treat every submitted idea as something worth honoring, not just a ticket to close.
